Thai Food : Thai Curries defying Cancer


Assistant Professor Dr. Somsri Charoenkiatkul from the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University revealed  a research that her team of nutritional scientists have conducted on Thai curry and found out that  Kaeng Liang or Thai Spicy Mixed Vegetables Soup with Prawns, Kaeng Som  or  Sour Curry with Assorted Vegetables  and Kaeng Pa or Herbal Curry, which have numeral spices and herbs as main ingredients mixed with several vegetables can  reduce  cancer risks up to  45 percent.
